This DVD helps you understand why employers ask certain questions, it also has tips on how to prepare and present yourself at an interview, what employers are looking for and what to bring with you to an interview. It was comforting to hear these tips coming from people who are recruiters, so knew what they are talking about. It also helped calm my pre-interview nerves.

watching it with him. What struck me most was that the people on the
video were the same type of people we were going to have to convince
that he was the right person for the job! they were giving lots of
real-life examples which we could use immediately. We actually
role-played many of their suggestions to prepare for the interview.
The bottom line is that he got the job. I'll be honest, I wanted him to
succeed but it was a very difficult position with a lot competition, so
I didn't want him to get his hopes up too much. What can I say, the
techniques really do work, the video just raised him way beyond everyone
else, so I guess it deserves 5 minutes of my time for a review.

advice on it. I actually downloaded the CD onto my iPod, and was able to listen to it just before
entering the building where the interview was.
The advice is excellent, well structured and gave me a real edge wile in
the interview. The section on building rapport was particularly useful,
covering many things that I wouldn't normally think about. I was much
calmer and organised as a result, and felt at ease throughout the
process. The other sections that stood out for me were 'planning &
preparation' and 'negotiating salary'.
As I haven't been for an interview for quite a few years, and as I was
